Final Deadline for Yard Drainage Issues Notification – December 31, 2024
Dear Almond Glen Town Homeowners,
As part of our commitment to addressing neighborhood needs, the Almond Glen Owners Association Board of Directors has reviewed concerns regarding yard drainage issues experienced during heavy rains. We understand that these drainage problems affect the quality of life for many residents, and the previous Board had initiated efforts to address these concerns for certain homes within the community.
To continue this work, the current Board is extending an opportunity for all town homeowners to report any unresolved drainage issues they may be experiencing. If your yard is affected by poor drainage during heavy rainfall, please notify the Board no later than December 31, 2024. This will allow us to work collaboratively to assess necessary repairs.
To report drainage issues, please email us at almondglenhoa@gmail.com. The Board will coordinate with a contractor to evaluate the scope of work required and determine the associated costs for resolving these issues.
Please note: Any notification received after December 31, 2024, will not be eligible for Board-coordinated repairs, and homeowners will need to address these issues independently.
