Hello Almond Glen Residents,

The board received some questions regarding landscaping over the past week, and we wanted to share the latest update from Yellowstone Landscaping.

• Leaf Cleanup: Yellowstone was in the neighborhood today to service and collect leaves using their leaf vacuum truck. Leaf pickup with the vacuum truck is scheduled for November, December, and January. Between these pickups, fallen leaves will be mulched and staged in tree rings and straw beds. Please note that the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions, as wet leaves are more challenging to vacuum.
• Service Schedule: Starting November 1, 2024, Almond Glen’s landscaping service schedule transitioned to bi-weekly. Lawn mowing is next scheduled for the first week of December and will not take place this week.
• Pine Needles: The current contract with Yellowstone does not include pine needle maintenance. However, Yellowstone is preparing a quote for a refresh of pine needles, with plans to complete this before Christmas.
