Subject: Roof replacements
Dear Neighbors,
In a continued effort in addressing Townhome reserve maintenance three buildings [Building 5 (2628-2640 Dunrobin Pl), Building 6 (2801-2813 Birkhill Ln) and Building 7 (2801-2813 Birkhill Ln)] will be having roofs removed and replaced on Wednesday January 21, 2026 and Thursday January 22, 2026. To ensure the process goes smoothly, please take the following steps to prepare.
1. If you have a satellite dish that you use through a provider, please contact that provider to have it re-installed after the roof installation is complete; late Thursday the 22nd or Friday the 23rd. Due to positioning requirements the roofers cannot re-install them after the roof is complete. If you have an unused dish that you wish to get rid of please email the board before Wednesday the 21st and we will inform the roofers to take them.
2. On Wednesday and Thursday please park your vehicles at the pool or in any of the visitor spots, excluding the two near Building 5.
3. Please leave any fence gate unlocked so the roofers can access the backyards.
4. Please move any outdoor furniture, grills, or anything else stored outside either inside or as far away from the building as possible to avoid being damaged.
5. Please keep animals indoors as much as possible. Be mindful of any falling debris from the roof removal process.
6. If any damages occur during the process, please email the board and we will coordinate repairs with the roofing company.
