2014 Annual Meeting

POOL UPDATE – June 18, 2014

For those who might not have noticed, the big hole has been filled.  The fill will now be allowed to settle.  The engineers will monitor the settling over a period of about 4 weeks.  So far, the board has been pleased with the progress.  Below is a copy of the report the board obtained from

Current Financial “Snapshot”

On December 2nd, 2014 I reported our HOAs basic financial state. Foreclosures and delinquent accounts are bad for the HOA, bad for property values, and bad for families. Quarterly payments are coming due July 1st (Single Family Homes) and we are still waiting for some June payments from the Townhomes. As of May 31, 2014:

April 24, 2014 The board has received advice and opinions from several experts regarding the initial contract offered by Lennar. Lennar has stayed true to their commitment to repair the problems with the pool. We have gone back to Lennar several times and requested more information and additions/changes to the contract.
