Vendors & Contracts Committee — Stated Purpose

The purpose of the Vendors & Contracts Committee is to support the Board in identifying, evaluating, and managing vendors and contractual services on behalf of the Association. The Committee will research potential vendors, solicit and review proposals, vet qualifications and services, coordinate the development or renewal of contracts, and provide recommendations to the Board for consideration and approval.

The Committee may also periodically review existing vendor relationships and contracts to help ensure that services, pricing, and performance continue to meet the needs and best interests of the Association.
