Unpaid tax notice – UPDATE – Sept 14, 2017 10PM
Today, September 14th, the board was notified signs were posted around the common areas of the neighborhood by Lancaster County. The notices posted by the county advised the HOAs property taxes had not been paid. The board acted on this information immediately after receiving notice from a neighbor who contacted the board directly. (Thank you)

Short story: New fobs are $25. first Fob is free. Pool fobs should be passed on to new owners. Fobs open the pool doors after hours for the sake of cleaning. The doors will now unlock on their own when the pool opens at 8am. Attendants are there to enforce rules, clean, help out, etc.
