    We think is a good idea to have a contract with only one company for the neighborhood. Look like will be benefits for everybody. However it don’t have to be added to the HOA fees. There are households that doesn’t have contract with any trash removal company at all, because they take care of their trash and recycle things themselves. Then should be an option for each resident to get or not the services as their own necessities.
