As discussed, beginning in 2024, single-family home assessment will increase to previous funding levels of $155 per quarter, and the townhomes 2024 assessments will remain $215 per month. In order to achieve a healthier lawn and better landscaping, several Crepe Myrtle trees along Lanark Lane and Caprington Drive will be removed. Removal includes trees and roots, and the grinding of stumps. Work will begin Monday, November 6 and will take approximately three days (weather permitting).
