Thank you to all who participated in the November finance and budget meeting.
As discussed, beginning in 2024, single-family home assessment will increase to previous funding levels of $155 per quarter, and the townhomes 2024 assessments will remain $215 per month.
- The budget expenses are broken down into SFH and TH.
- Most expenses are broken down with the following calculation: TH 64 units/295 total units; SFH 231 units/295 total units.
- The Board approved the 2024 budget with the following items noted:
- Additional funds have been budgeted for pool maintenance in accordance with the 2023 Reserve Study.
- The reserves for each SFH and TH will be funded at the end of the year based on actual assessments greater than actual expenditures for each the SFH and TH expenses The reserve accounts for TH and SFH are currently kept and will remain separate.
- SFH assessments will return to $155 per quarter, which will restore them to their previous level during FY 2021.
