Changes & Updates for the Almond Glen website

We’ve given the Almond Glen HOA website a fresh new look! It’s now easier to find what you need, with quick links right on the main page for:

• Architectural Request Form – a simple Google Form that goes straight to the Board for faster approvals

• Work Order Request Form – a simple Google Form that goes straight to the Board for faster approvals

• New Link to make payments directly to our management company

These updates mean less clicking around and faster responses for homeowners.

Your 2025–2026 Board is Back

At the July 28, 2025 Annual Meeting, all Board members were re-elected. We’re continuing with plans for:

• Fixing landscaping and drainage issues around the townhomes

• Pool improvements, including painting the new pump room door and the pool house (planned for late 2025 or early 2026)

Faster, Cheaper, Better

Last year, we switched from AMG to IPM for management. IPM handles finances only and sends all other business directly to the Board. This saves the community money and speeds things up.

Example: In the past, changing your front door color meant days of back-and-forth emails (and fees). Now, you fill out the Google Form, it goes to the Board, and we review it right away — no middleman.

More Ways to Get Involved

We’d love to see more owner participation! This year we’re looking to:

• Re-establish the Townhome Owners Committee – help decide how townhome dues are spent

• Grow the Social Committee – plan events and decorate the neighborhood for holidays

Last year, Robin and Chanda led several great events with help from other Board members and their families. These events are not paid for with dues — they’re funded by late fees and pool fob payments.

Meeting Schedule

We meet every other month in January, March, May, July, September, and November on the second Monday.
For now, meetings are still on Zoom, recorded, and posted to our YouTube channel. Minutes are shared as soon as possible.
