Happy New Year to all!

This week, the board of directors received several emails from concerned townhome owners regarding their January 2025 dues. When logging into the AMG system, some owners noticed their accounts incorrectly showed a balance of $560 owed for the month.

After reviewing the matter, AMG confirmed this was an accounting error, and the correct balance for January is $280. As of yesterday, we were notified that AMG has corrected all affected accounts.
