Townhome Residents: Trim painting and repair for the townhomes as part of the townhome maintenance plan for 2025 will start Wednesday March 19 (latest Monday 24) and continuing over several days. It’s important that we are prepared and do all of the following steps below so that our personal property is protected and we are ready for the service without any interruption.

By March 19

– BRING IN ALL ITEMS from front porches, steps, doors & back patios that could be affected by the painting, and ladders (pets, plants, cushions, door wreaths, umbrellas, bikes, any delicate items)
– Furniture can be out but CANNOT be leaned against the Building.

– ALL FENCES MUST BE OPEN.
