Management Company Change

The board of directors has engaged a new company, IPM, to take over the management of our neighborhood. AMG is in the process of transferring our community information to IPM. With the transition comes some confusion and uncertainty… but some of the controversy is just being inflated by those who would choose to use everything as an opportunity to drag a soapbox out and cry wolf.
The question is “why”. Why is the board changing companies. Simply put, to get improved service and a better contact for the community than we currently have. This is the same reason a board changes contractors at any point. Service and cost. For more on this subject, feel free to watch this video.
