We’re excited to share that our neighborhood will be continuing the tradition of a
Fall Festival this year! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 25, 2025 in the pool parking lot.

This is one of our longest-running traditions. When I moved here in 2010, neighbors were already gathering for potlucks and fall get-togethers. In 2013, when residents officially took over the HOA from the developer, the first board used late fees to fund social events like this. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed chili cook-offs, pumpkin contests, and festivals that brought everyone together. It’s a tradition worth keeping alive—and we’re excited to continue it this fall!

What’s on the plan

• Chili Cook-Off with awards for winners
• Pumpkin Carving & Decorating for all ages – Display your pumpkin decorating skills
• Spooktacular Costume Showcase (kids, pets, and adults) – Show off your Halloween costumes
• Popcorn, Caramel Apples, and Traditional Fall Treats
• Simple Fall Decorations around the entrances and pool parking lot

The event will be free to attend, with costs covered through pool fob sales and late fees, just like past festivals.

Let’s make this year’s Fall Festival another great chapter in our neighborhood’s story—a time to share good food, meet new friends, and enjoy the season together.
