How to make dues payments to IMP (September 2026)

Check payments

Make your check, money order, or cashier’s check payable to your Association.

Payments may also be dropped off at IPM’s cashier’s office in Arden, NC. Cash is not accepted.

Pay online

• eCheck: $1.99 convenience fee.
• Credit card: 3.25% convenience fee through ATG.

Both options are available through the IPM resident portal.

Automatic withdrawal (ACH)

Submit a completed ACH form and a voided check to enroll.

• Regular payments adjust automatically when assessment amounts change.
• Annual assessments cannot be paid through this ACH option.
• Special assessments will not be drafted automatically.

Bank bill pay

Set up bill pay through your bank using your association payment information.

Remember: If your assessment amount changes, update the payment amount with your bank.
