Notice: Updated Parking & Towing Policy Enforcement
Effective Date: September 1, 2026

To All Residents,

In response to multiple resident complaints regarding limited parking access and damage to community property, the Board of Directors will be enforcing updated parking regulations starting September 1, 2026.

(Note: These rules apply to all visitor parking spots in the townhome area, as well as all parking spots located at the poolhouse.)

1. General Visitor Parking Limit
Visitor parking is intended strictly for short-term guest use. No vehicle may be parked in the same visitor spot for more than 7 consecutive days, regardless of the vehicle’s condition.

2. Prohibited Vehicles (Entire Property)
To prevent damage to HOA paving and maintain safety, vehicles meeting any of the following criteria are strictly prohibited from parking anywhere within the community (including townhome parking areas):

Unregistered vehicles or displaying expired registration tags

Flat tires, wrecked, or non-operational status

Leaking fluids (oil, coolant, etc.)

Any prohibited vehicle found on the property is subject to immediate removal/towing at the owner’s expense.

3. Trailers
Trailers are strictly prohibited in visitor parking areas.

Any trailer parked in a visitor spot will be towed immediately without notice.

4. Moving & Box Trucks
10-ft Moving Trucks: Permitted in visitor spots for loading/unloading, but must be moved within 24 hours.

Box Trucks Larger Than 10-ft: Strictly prohibited in visitor spots and will be towed immediately.

Towed Vehicle Retrieval Information
If your vehicle, trailer, or truck is towed, you may retrieve it directly from the towing vendor:

Company: SL Recovery

Address: 3804 N Graham St, Charlotte, NC 28206

Phone: (704) 889-2608

(Note: All towing and storage fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.)

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe, clean, and accessible for all residents and guests.

Sincerely,

Almond Glen HOA Board of Directors
