2026 Annual Dues Letter

Almond Glen Owners Association – 2026 Budget Announcement

The Almond Glen Owners Association Board of Directors has finalized the 2026 Annual Budget, and the official annual letter is attached for your review.

2026 Dues Changes

Beginning January 1, 2026:

  • Townhomes:
    Dues will increase from $280 to $290 per month.

  • Single-Family Homes:
    Dues will decrease from $155 per quarter to $125 per quarter.

Important Notice for Owners Using Auto-Pay

If you currently pay dues using any form of automated payment—whether through:

  • The management company’s auto-draft system, or

  • Your own bank’s scheduled bill-pay

➡️ You must log in to the appropriate website or contact the management company to update the payment amount for 2026.

If you do not update your auto-pay settings:

  • Your bank or the management company will continue withdrawing the 2025 amount, and

  • This may result in late fees, underpayment, or overpayment.

Please take a moment to update your payment settings now.

Please note that the management company’s role is only to implement the budget and dues as approved by the Board. They do not determine dues amounts or how Association funds are allocated.
