Summer is almost here, and we’re thrilled to announce that our neighborhood pool will officially open for the season on Saturday, May 16, 2026, and will close on Sunday, September 27th, 2026.

Pool Fob Reminders:

Lost your fob? Replacement fobs are available for $25 each. Contact IPM to make payment.

Pool Access & Hours:

8:00AM – Dusk

Please remember: South Carolina law requires the pool deck and water be cleared before dusk. Pool hours will reflect this requirement.

Important Rules & Reminders:

  • Climbing the fence is trespassing.
It is illegal and subject to arrest. The Board of Directors will enforce all applicable trespassing laws.
  • No glass of any kind is permitted inside the fenced pool area.
That includes beer bottles, wine bottles, soda bottles, dishes, glassware—anything made of glass. If glass breaks inside the pool area, the entire pool may need to be drained and cleaned to prevent injuries from fine glass particles. This can cost thousands of dollars, and those costs will be passed to the responsible party.
If you witness glass in the pool area, please report it immediately or speak directly with your neighbor so they understand the risk.
  • Be mindful — this is a shared neighborhood pool, not a private one.
Please respect your neighbors and avoid disruptive behavior.
  • No throwing games inside the pool.
Games involving balls (footballs, etc.) are not allowed inside the pool area. Flying balls can easily strike someone in the face or head and cause injury. Keep these activities outside the pool.
  • Floatation devices ARE allowed, but if you’re not in the water, please remove them. Large floats can block sightlines, which poses a serious risk to children in the pool.
  • There are no lifeguards on duty.
The pool is swim at your own risk. An emergency phone is located on the building near the pool. In the event of an emergency, dial 911 and give them the pool address:
    2116 Caprington Drive

We also strongly encourage all parents to consider taking a CPR or water rescue course to be better prepared in the event of an emergency.

We can’t wait to see everyone back at the pool! Let’s make this summer a safe, fun, and respectful one for the whole community.
