2015 Dues Increase

On December 8, 2014 the board of directors voted to increase dues in 2015 by 1.57%.

This increase will be effective January 1st, 2015.

Single Family – $142.60 per quarter (1.57% increase from $140.40)
Townhomes – $132.85 per month (1.57% increase from $130.80)

All members will be receiving notice by mail in the coming week. If you are using a bill pay service please ensure the adjustments are made.
