2017 Annual Meeting is July 24th 2017 at 6:00pm.
Check in begins at 5:30pm.

Annual Meeting Agenda

6:00pm – 6:10pm – Welcome and sign in (proxy verification)

6:15pm – Call to order & Verification of quorum (no less than 30 members either present or represented by proxy)

6:15pm – Call for final nominations (Nominating committee will vote to accept all nominees)

6:20pm – 6:50pm – Introduction of candidates with ~2 minutes per candidate to speak

6:50pm – 7:10pm – Financial Update

7:10pm – Call for vote

7:10pm – 7:30pm – Announce results of vote and adjourn meeting.

New board members and residents will have time to meet and greet after the conclusion of the annual meeting.
