Neighborhood Update – A message from the president of the board

I wanted sit down and talk about some of the issues facing the board and the membership.  I can’t meet with everyone individually, so I recorded this in an effort to answer some of the questions that have popped up.

2015 Dues Increase

On December 8, 2014 the board of directors voted to increase dues in 2015 by 1.57%. This increase will be effective January 1st, 2015. Single Family – $142.60 per quarter (1.57% increase from $140.40) Townhomes – $132.85 per month (1.57% increase from $130.80) All members will be receiving notice by mail in the coming week.
