On Saturday August 15th, Almond Glen lost not only an amazing member of its community but an amazing, talented and intelligent young man. Jalen Allen was a beacon of light. He gave a piece of that light to every person he met. Please join us Wednesday to light up the Glen and show the Allen’s that his light did not burn out but instead, became brighter in each of us. The legacy he gave us with his smile alone could light up the entire sky, gold!

The love and support that the Allen’s have given each of us, whether it was lending a cup of sugar, fresh herbs, repairing a broken fence, a motivating tip or even a shoulder to cry on is just a small portion of the love and giving that they selflessly poured out daily to this community. Let us come together and show them what one tiny light can do when you plant it in so many different hearts. Please join us and share your love and support at a candlelight vigil in honor of their beloved son Jalen Allen this Wednesday, August 19th at 8:00 pm at the Almond Glen Pool Parking Lot located at 2116 Caprington Drive, Indian Land SC 29707
