Board Members are volunteers elected by a vote of the membership.

Officers are elected by the Board of Directors.

The Almond Glen bylaws require a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The President and Vice President must be board members.

One person may hold multiple offices at one time if needed.

The President shall be the principal executive officer of the Association and, subject to the control of the Board, shall supervise and control the management of the association. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board; shall see that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out; shall sign all leases, mortgages, deeds and other written instruments and shall approve the issuing of checks or payments on behalf of the association.

The Vice President shall act in the place of the President in the event of his or her absence, or his or her inability or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required of him or her by the Board.

Eric Barnes –  Treasurer / Secretary

Served as the Association Secretary since 2020 while also serving as the Treasurer

The Treasurer shall receive and deposit in appropriate bank accounts all monies of the Association and disburse such funds as directed by the Board; shall sign all checks and promissory notes (such checks and promissory notes to be co-signed by the President) of the Association; shall keep proper books of account; shall cause an annual audit of the Association books to be made by a public accountant at the completion of each fiscal year and shall prepare an annual budget and a statement of income and expenditures to be presented to the membership at its annual meeting, and deliver a copy to each Member.

The Secretary shall record the votes and keep the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the Members; serve notice of meetings of the Board and of the Members; and shall perform such other duties as required by the Board.
