Temporary Dumpster Situation

Good Afternoon Almond Glen Homeowners,

Active Waste will be delivering our new dumpsters this Friday as our previous waste company removes their dumpsters. At this time, we do not have an exact pickup time from the outgoing company, and we want to avoid going into the weekend without dumpster access.

While Active Waste offered to deliver on Monday, that would leave us without dumpsters over the weekend. To ensure a smoother transition, Active Waste will deliver the new dumpsters on Friday.

If the old dumpsters have not yet been removed by the time the new ones arrive, the new dumpsters will be temporarily staged in the parking lot on Lanark Lane. This temporary location will allow for an easier drop-off and pickup process. As soon as the old dumpsters are removed, the new dumpsters will be relocated to their original spots.

Please refer to the attached map for an estimated location of the temporary staging area.

If you need to dispose of trash and there are no dumpsters at the original location, please check the temporary location. Do not leave trash in piles where the old dumpsters were.
