Property inspections were completed on March 10, 2019 and generally discussed at the HOA Board Meeting on March 11, 2019. As stated previously, FINES WILL BE IMPOSED FOR VIOLATIONS beginning fifteen (15) days from the date of the violation notice.
In order to avoid the fines, Ashley Rammacher (email@example.com ) must be contacted in writing within the fifteen (15) day window with one of the following messages:
(1) The issue has been corrected and is ready to be rechecked by the Architectural Review Committee.
(2) An extension of time is needed to correct the issue. (This needs to be accompanied by a correction plan and timeline to cure the issue in a timely manner.)
(3) A hearing is requested concerning your violation if you feel you are not in violation of the Bylaws or Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for Almond Glen. (If a hearing is requested and a violation is found, the homeowner may be responsible for fines backdated to the violation date.)
The fine structure of a $50 penalty every fifteen (15) days, beginning fifteen (15) days after the violation notice, was approved by the HOA Board on July 30, 2018 by a unanimous vote.
