The board has received advice and opinions from several experts regarding the initial contract offered by Lennar. Lennar has stayed true to their commitment to repair the problems with the pool. We have gone back to Lennar several times and requested more information and additions/changes to the contract. Lennar has been willing to work with us and provide the requested information quickly, but the process is still slow. The board is doing everything we can to ensure that Lennars plan to repair the pool will be as close to a permanent solution as humanly possible. This process has taken more than 9 months, but we feel we are nearing the conclusion. The last thing we, as homeowners, want is to apply another band-aid to the problem or worse yet, rush in and agree to a repair without gathering all of the facts.
