Lennar has given us a proposed agreement outlining how they intend to address the pool. Our Lawyers and an Engineer are currently reviewing it to make sure that it is complete and thorough. As soon as we receive feedback from them we will engage Lennar for any negotiations. We hope to hear back from the Lawyers by next week. We will keep you posted.
