I would recommend everyone take a few minutes to login to the AGM Almond Glen website and review your accounts.  There are 11 people in the neighborhood with balances of LESS THAN $1.00.  These balances will result in late fees.  Please check your accounts.  After the first round of letters we had a number of neighbors call in and report they thought their banks auto draft would shift with the new management company.  In a few rare cases we found accounting errors when neighbors showed payment receipts for “past due” payments.  Contact Danielle Rudisill if you do not know how to login and check your account.

As of September 30, 2014:

12% of the membership is behind by at least one (1) payment of either $140.40 (Single Family – Quarterly) or $130.80 (Townhome – Monthly)

5% of the membership is behind by at least two (2) payments.

Currently the unpaid delinquencies total about $13,073.78
