We want to be sure you are aware of the calendar feature on the www.almondglenhoa.com website. The calendar is found on the main page and it includes a list of upcoming events and important HOA related dates. Check it for board meeting info, dues reminders and more.
The board invites you all to join us at the pool on August 12, 2019 at 7:00pm for a neighborhood walking tour. Board members will be on hand to discuss the landscaping needs/wants for Almond Glen. We will meet in the lawn in front of the pool and then walk to the townhome and both entrances. The goal is to take time to examine the look of the landscaping and really discuss what we need from our landscaping vendors. This will help the board plan future projects and set goals for the landscaping contract. We hope you will join us.
Board meetings are being moved back to 7:00pm. We have listened to your requests for a later start time. We hope this means more people will take the time to join us every other month from 7p-8p on the second Monday of the month for board meetings. Check the website and keep an eye on the neighborhood message boards for specific dates.
There is a board finance meeting planned for August 5, 2019 from 7pm-8pm at the Belle Johnson Center, 1000 Johnston Drive, Pineville, NC 28134. The board will meet to discuss the finances and begin to plan the 2020 budget.
