Reminder for tonight’s meeting:

The meeting will be held at the Belle Johnson Center in Pineville. 

6:00pm

The 2017-2018 board will meet for a short final board meeting. Members may attend this meeting and check in for the vote at the same time. 

6:30pm 

The annual meeting will start and there will be a short “state of the community” report. 

7:00pm 

The candidates will be introduced and the vote will be taken. 

After the vote the new board will meet briefly to elect officers (President, VP, Treasurer and Secretary)
