Neighborhood inspections
Letters and fines will be going out this week for the following violations: Box trucks, trailers, boats, Sea-Doos or wave runners (etc). Unpaid fines may result in a suspension of pool privileges until the fines are paid. Late fees also apply to the fines. In the coming weeks there will be a neighborhood inspection. Please …

End of pool season
The last day of operation for the 2017 pool season will be September 10th. Thanks for a great season! We look forward to seeing everyone in the spring of 2018.

POOL NEWS: New bathroom locks, Umbrellas, etc.
Short story: New fobs are $25. first Fob is free. Pool fobs should be passed on to new owners. Fobs open the pool doors after hours for the sake of cleaning. The doors will now unlock on their own when the pool opens at 8am. Attendants are there to enforce rules, clean, help out, etc. …
